England have finished top of group D at the Euro2012 football tournament after beating Ukraine 1-0 in Donetsk.
Wayne Rooney had an easy headed finish in the second half for England to wind up pool play with seven points. They play Italy in the quarter-finals.
France finished second in the group with four points despite a 2-0 loss to Sweden in Kiev.
The French will play Spain in the quarter-finals.
