Aussie swimmers under fire for photos with guns

Australian swimming's bad boy Nick D'Arcy and his Olympic team-mate Kenrick Monk might face sanctions from Swimming Australia officials after being forced to remove pictures of themselves posing with guns on their social media accounts.

The two 24-year-olds have been training in the United States with the rest of the Australian team.

It is not the first time the pair have brought negative headlines to their sport.

D'Arcy was kicked off Australia's Beijing Olympic Games team for assaulting a former Games swimmer Simon Cowley, and Monk told police last year he'd been the victim of a hit and run accident only to confess later he'd fallen off his skateboard.
