Black Sticks swept by South Korea

The New Zealand women's hockey team has been swept by South Korea after conceding a last minute goal in the third and final match in Taeneung.

Ahead 3-1 with four minutes to play, the Black Sticks let in three late goals to lose 4-3.

Assistant coach Chris Leslie says it was a much improved performance in the first half, but they lost the match through defensive lapses right at the end.

The Black Sticks now return to New Zealand after their series against both China and Korea, and await the naming of the Olympic squad next week.
