Four more athletes have been included in the New Zealand Olympic team for London.

Sailors Hamish Pepper and Jim Turner will compete in the star class while Dan Slater will sail in the Finn category.

The other team member named today is 5,000m runner Adrian Blincoe.

For Pepper it will be his fourth Olympics having competed previously in Atlanta, Athens and Beijing while Slater has competed at two previous Games.

It will be the first Olympics for Turner.

Fifteen sailors have now been selected and they'll compete in nine of the ten Olympic sailing disciplines.

It will be Blincoe's second Olympics having competed in Beijing.

Eighty eight athletes have so far been selected for the New Zealand team for the July event.
