Jose Mourinho has signed a two-year contract extension with Real Madrid which ties him to the champions Spanish football club until 2016.
The 49-year-old self-styled Special One has fought for and won unprecedented freedom at the world's richest club, which celebrated its first Spanish League title in four years earlier this month, ending Barcelona's domestic dominance.
Mourinho's next big challenge is to win a 10th European Cup for Real Madrid.
