The triple Olympic champion Usain Bolt says he wants to amaze the world at the London Olympics by running 9.4 seconds for the 100 metres and 19 seconds for the 200.

The Jamaican, who's 25, is the reigning Olympic champion and world-record holder over both distances, with times of 9.58 seconds and 19.19 seconds.

Bolt claims repeating his three gold medal effort of Beijing would make him a living legend.
