The South African golfer Louis Oosthuizen bounced back from his Masters disappointment to cruise to victory at the Malaysian Open in Kuala Lumpur.

Oosthuizen, the 2010 British Open champion, left his rivals to it with a closing round of 68 yesterday to win by three strokes from Scotland's Stephen Gallacher, and he says it's given him a lot of confidence for the rest of the season.

After three rounds of par or better, Michael Campbell ballooned to a 78 yesterday to finished tied for 63rd.
