New Zealand carpet brand Just Shorn, introduced to the United States almost three years ago, will be launched in Australia at the start of 2014.
The wool for the range is also supplied by contracts with farmers through the Primary Wool Co-operative. It jointly owns the brand with Elders.
The carpets are being sold in more than 500 stores in the Carpet One chain in the US and Canada.
The co-op's chairman, Bay de Lautour, says Australian retailers have shown a lot of interest in selling the Just Shorn carpets.
Mr de Lautour says sales in the US have been increasing each month and growers are getting a premium for the wool they supply for those carpets.
