Sky TV has taken out full-page adverts in newspapers, apologising for failing to show a significant announcement paid for by Fonterra on Friday.
The company also said 'sorry' before the All Blacks -Wallabies Test on Saturday night to farmers who did not see the Fonterra's capital structure proposal.
It's also apologising to farmers who contacted its call centre, only to be given wrong information.
Sky accepts full responsibility for the technical mistake, but says it showed the announcement later in the day on the Country Channel, and on Saturday.
