Nigel Owens of Wales will control the All Blacks - Argentina match on Sunday in Auckland.
Craig Joubert of South Africa will be in charge of the first quarterfinal between Ireland and Wales on Saturday.
Steve Walsh of Australia will referee the England - France match, while Bryce Lawrence of New Zealand will control the South Africa - Australia, the earlier quarterfinal on Sunday.
