First five Stephen Jones will win a record 101st cap for Wales in Monday's Rugby World Cup pool match against Namibia in New Plymouth.
Jones, who has recovered from a calf injury, is at his fourth World Cup.
Former Wales skipper Ryan Jones has also recovered from a calf problem and comes into the team at blindside flanker. He missed the previous tournament in 2007 due to injury.
The side features 11 changes from the team that beat Samoa 17-10 last week.
