A Christchurch dairy has been targeted by a masked robber for the second time in nearly a month.
Both robberies were at the Union Street Dairy in New Brighton.
In the latest robbery, police said a man wearing a joker mask demanded money from the dairy just before 7pm on Wednesday, but fled on foot empty-handed.
The other robbery was last month, where a man wearing a cartoon mask and a fluoro orange sweatshirt took money.
The police said they weren't sure whether both robberies are linked, but were appealing for information from the public.
