12:26 pm on 21 October 2009

Prime Minister John Key has signalled to the Council of Trade Unions that the process for personal employment grievances could be in for a shake-up.

He told a biennial conference in Wellington that reforming employment law is not a high priority for the Government.

But he sayid one area of concern often raised with him is the potential abuse and costly nature of personal grievances.

Mr Key told the conference that the Minister of Labour will look into the issue.
