The leader of the Mana Movement, Hone Harawira, has yet to personally contact Labour's Kelvin Davis to concede, after a decisive recount of votes in the Tai Tokerau electorate.

Mr Harawira applied for the recount after losing the Maori seat by 739 votes on election night.
The recount resulted in Mr Davis increasing his majority by four votes.
Mr Davis said he was pleased with the result, and had yet to hear from Mr Harawira, but he was not particularly concerned.
Mr Davis said he wished Mr Harawira all the best.
Mr Harawira said he would be available to speak to the media later this morning.
