Conservative Party leader Colin Craig is taking urgent legal action against TV3 after being excluded from its minor party leaders' debate.
Leaders from the Green Party, New Zealand First, the Maori Party, Mana, ACT and United Future, will appear on the political programme The Nation on Saturday.
3News says the Conservatives do not meet the criteria to be included in the debate.
Lawyers for the Conservative Party will seek an injunction preventing the show from being broadcast unless Mr Craig is included.
