The Prime Minister has challenged Kim Dotcom to put up or shut up over claims he knew about Mr Dotcom before January last year.
John Key has repeatedly said the first he heard of Mr Dotcom was the day before police raided the businessman's Coatsville mansion on 20 January, 2012.
But when Mr Dotcom made his submission this week on legislation extending the powers of the country's electronic spy agency, he was adamant Mr Key had known about him much earlier.
Mr Key said his office has found no evidence that he had heard of Mr Dotcom before January last year.
Mr Key has had enough of Mr Dotcom's claims and said he should either put up or go away.
