New Zealand's new high commissioner to Vanuatu is career diplomat Georgina Roberts.
Foreign Affairs Minister Murray McCully says Ms Roberts will oversee New Zealand's aid programme, which includes 14 million US dollars going towards an upgrading of shipping services and port facilities.
She replaces Bill Dobbie.
