Police are investigating how a man came to fall through the roof of a Karangahape Road bar in Auckland.
Inspector Ben Offner says the 20-year-old was found in the back end of the bar by a security guard about 4.30am on Sunday.
Police have yet to establish what the man was doing on the roof or how he fell through it.
The man is in Auckland Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
