A man has died after a boat crashed near Rotorua on Monday afternoon.
Police say the 36-year-old man from Rotorua was killed when his boat collided with another vessel on Lake Ohakuri.
They say the driver of the other boat received superficial injuries.
The cause of the accident is being investigated.
