Fonterra has issued a recall for some of its Mainland products after a metal fragment was found in a block of its tasty brand of cheese.
They include 500g blocks with an expiry date of 28 March 2012, and a 700g block with the best-before date of 28 April 2012.
Some 1kg blocks are also affected with expiry dates of December 2011; 28 January 2012 and 28 February 2012.
Fonterra says the recall is a precautionary measure.
