Submissions close on Monday on a blueprint for an overhaul of early childhood education.
A report by the Early Childhood Education Taskforce has told the Government to take a tougher line on poor quality providers and pay higher subsidies for children from poor families.
The Government has not yet indicated which of the taskforce recommendations it might adopt.
