A woman has been charged with murder over the discovery of a baby's body in a South Auckland backyard.
The body was found by police in June this year in the suburb of Otahuhu following a tip-off.
Kulukora Akau'ola, 22, who had already been charged with assaulting the child, has now been charged with murder and concealing the body.
A man has already pleaded guilty to disposing of a baby's body to conceal its birth.
The woman is due to appear in court on Friday.
