A 17-year-old charged with the murder of a man at an Auckland party has been granted bail.
Warren Rosillo, 18, of the Philippines was stabbed in the head and chest in Pakuranga during a fight on Friday night.
The accused already faced charges of assault and possession of a knife, but police upgraded the charges on Monday following the results of a post-mortem.
The teenager appeared in Manukau District Court three times on Monday and was granted bail.
He has interim name suppression and will reappear in the Auckland High Court on Friday.
