The second winner of last weekend's Powerball jackpot has not yet come forward to claim their share of the prize.
Last Saturday's record $35 million Lotto jackpot was won by two people in Dannevirke and Hamilton. Each won $17.7 million.
A spokesperson from New Zealand Lotteries says it is still waiting to hear from the person who purchased the winning Hamilton ticket.
Karen Jones says it is unusual for a winner to take this long to get in contact after the draw.
Ms Jones says the ticket was purchased at the Take Note Dinsdale store, and the winner has a year to come forward - otherwise the money goes into a prize-reserve fund.
