A man is dead and two others are in hospital after a car rolled in Franklin district, south of Auckland.
The accident happened on Puni Road at about 4.40pm on Sunday.
Police say a 37-year-old man was pronounced dead on arrival at Middlemore Hospital.
A 34-year-old woman and a 12-year-old child have been admitted with injuries described as non life-threatening.
