The Warehouse chief executive Ian Morrice plans to retire from the company this year after more than six years leading the business.
The retailer's chairman, Keith Smith, says disappointing trading results over the Christmas and New Year period have not affected the board's support of Mr Morrice.
Mr Smith says an announcement on the chief executive role will be made in due course.
Shares in The Warehouse rose 3 cents on Monday to $3.59.
