Two sought after southern crime spree

Police in Dunedin are on the lookout for two people believed to have been involved in a crime spree between Invercargill and Dunedin on Monday.

They say a van, a utility vehicle and a supermarket honesty box were stolen.

One vehicle was stopped by police on Monday and three male youths were arrested and charged with stealing.

At 1am on Tuesday an abandoned van was found on fire after reports of suspicious driving.
