Hamilton police are investigating the use of a laser on a small plane as it was coming into land at the city's airport on Tuesday night.
The pilot reported his aircraft was hit by a green laser a number of times from somewhere in the central city.
Police say the plane landed safety.
They say lasers are distracting for pilots and can have tragic circumstances.
