Kick-off times have been announced for 2011 Rugby World Cup matches in New Zealand.

The final at Eden Park on 23 October will start at 9pm.

On a busy day, the first match will start at 1pm, followed by games at 3.30, 6pm and 8.30pm.

New Zealand's second pool match against Japan in Hamilton on 16 September kicks off at 8pm.

The match against France at Eden Park on 24 September is at 8.30pm and the Wellington game against Canada on 2 October is at 3.30pm.

The two semi-finals in Auckland on 15 and 16 October will also start at 9pm.

Rugby NZ 2011 chief executive Martin Snedden says if New Zealand is to showcase the country to the world, then it needs to maximise the global television audience for key matches.
