A man charged with killing Whanganui woman Marice McGregor is to stand trial for her murder next year.
The trial of Dean Richard Mulligan, 42, will begin in the Whanganui High Court in May and has been set down for four weeks.
Ms McGregor's body was found by police in a bush-filled ravine north of Whanganui in May this year, three weeks after she went missing.
Mr Mulligan, of Feilding, has been remanded in custody and will reappear in the High Court on 7 October.
