The body of a fisherman who went missing on a lake in the Otago high-country has been recovered.
Police say he was Kevin Donald Croad, 48, a stock agent from Gore.
Mr Croad's body was found by the police dive squad about four metres below the surface of Lake Onslow and very near where he was last seen by his fishing companion.
His body has been taken to Invercargill Hospital for a post-mortem.
Mr Croad disappeared on Saturday afternoon after a breeze caused his boat to drift away from him, while he was in the water clearing fishing lines from the vessel's propellers.
