A man is in Wellington hospital after a stabbing during a robbery at a liquor outlet in Taradale, Napier, on Wednesday night.
Senior Sergeant Wendy Wright says the employee was stabbed in the chest and arm.
He was flown to Wellington hospital for surgery.
