Firefighters are attending two small scrub fires in Canterbury.
One fire at Omihi, near Waiara, is under control after a callout at about midday.
A second broke out in Coalgate, in Selwyn, at about 1.15pm.
Fire and Emergency said the fire at Coalgate is yet to be brought under control.
