A second person has been charged in relation to the death of a man in Hawke's Bay.

A homicide investigation is underway after a man who was found with critical injuries in Hastings on Sunday evening died in Wellington Hospital yesterday.
The man was found at an address on Maraekakaho Road, Bridge Pa.
A 61-year-old man charged with assault with intent to injure will appear in Hastings District Court this afternoon.
A second man, 29, has now been charged with common assault and will also appear in court this afternoon.
