A second woman has been arrested in relation to the kidnapping of an 87-year-old man outside a supermarket in Hastings last month.
The woman, 39, has been charged with aggravated robbery and kidnapping.
A 35-year-old woman was arrested and charged with the same crimes last week.
The elderly man was pushed into the back seat of his car and tied up, and then driven to cash machines and forced to take out money.
Police said they were still trying to locate a third person.
