A man has died after he suffered a suspected medical event and drove a car off a bridge and onto train tracks at Pukekohe.
The police said car landed on the tracks off Stadium Drive, after 7pm this evening.
They said emergency services were unable to revive the man.
A female passenger is in a serious condition.
