A person has been taken to hospital with critical injuries after crashing into a crane in the Auckland suburb of Hobsonville.
Police said the car crash happened on Brigham Creek Road shortly before 1pm.
The road is blocked and cordons are in place.
Police said people should avoid the area if possible.
