Two people have suffered burns to their arms and legs after they were forced to flee a burning house last night.

Five fire crews were called to the house fire at Canvastown, near Havelock in Marlborough, just before midnight.
The single-storey house was destroyed and the pair were treated for minor burns.
Fire investigators are to look into the cause of the blaze.
