Hawke's Bay police are asking for witnesses to a fatal crash in Hastings yesterday to come forward.

A red off-road motorcycle and a truck collided on Stock Road in Bridge Pā, killing the driver of the motorcycle and injuring his pillion passenger.
Police said they had been told the motorbike was seen in the area a short time before the crash riding on the grass verge and a cycle track.
They said neither man was wearing helmets.
Police were particularly keen to talk to a woman who was walking her dog on the cycle track just before the crash happened.
Anyone with information was asked to get in touch.
