A man has died after falling off a charter boat in Kaipara Harbour this morning.
Coastguard said the charter boat called for help at 10.15am when the man went overboard.
A spokesperson said the man was pulled back on board but then suffered a medical event.
Wespact Rescue Helicopter is at the scene.
