A man has died following an armed offenders callout north of Gisborne, according to police.
Wairoa police and the Armed Offenders Squad were called to a family incident involving the 62-year-old man and a woman on Putere Road at Raupunga just before 8pm on Friday, where they found the man dead.
Police are not seeking anyone else in relation to the death.
