The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) says it is satisfied safety was not compromised on an Air New Zealand flight from Fiji, despite some cargo not being weighed properly.
Up to a third of the cargo on Air New Zealand flight NZ057 was not weighed before the plane left Nadi for Auckland in October.
The CAA said it received a report from Air New Zealand on its internal investigation.
It said that found the aircraft was within weight and balance limitations so there were no safety concerns.
It said it was satisfied with the findings and no formal investigation would be launched.
