Police in Auckland are looking for two men they say robbed a Mt Roskill liquor outlet at gunpoint last night.
They say the men threatened two staff members at Melrose Wines, Beers and Spirits with a black handgun with a long barrel just before closing time, while demanding alcohol and cash.
The men, described as Maori or Polynesian in their early 20s, left the scene in a white four-door hatchback or sedan.
Police said one of the men was of medium build, about five feet 10 inches tall with a moustache and beard, wearing a brown and mustard camouflage jacket and black pants.
They say the second man was the same height of more solid build, with long matted hair tied back, a moustache and beard. He was wearing a black jersey, grey baggy shorts and black sneakers.
