The body of a missing Nelson teenager has been found in a lake near Seattle, in the United States.

Wynter Emerson, 18, was reported missing after attending a festival in the city, which ended a week ago.
The former Nayland College student was travelling through North America on his own and was expected to return to New Zealand later this year.
His family's spokesperson, Susan Schuler, said they did not yet know what happened to him but the police in Seattle did not suspect foul play.
Ms Schuler says his parents were deciding whether to fly to the US and were in close contact with Interpol to determine the best way to return his body to Nelson.
