Members of the police national dive squad looking for a missing Central Otago man have recovered a body from the Blue Lake near St Bathans.
Senior Sergeant Ian Kerrisk said on Tuesday the body is believed to be that of missing 32-year-old Mark Naylor.
Mr Kerrisk said it is a sad time, particularly for the family, but also for all those involved in the search for Mr Naylor.
The matter will be referred to the Coroner.
