Police are concerned for the well-being of a 60-year-old woman missing in Paraparaumu since Monday afternoon.
The woman has a medical condition and left her home in Rifleman Lane to go for a walk at 4.15pm.
The woman is Pakeha, about 170 centimetres tall and of slim build, with short dark red hair. She was last seen wearing a light grey cardigan, dark blue jeans and white sneakers.
Police say the woman is not dressed for the cold weather forecast for the Kapiti area and could be confused about where she is.
Anyone who may have seen her should call police immediately.
