Students at a Work & Income programme operated by Burnham Military Camp graduated at the camp on Saturday.
The graduates of the Limited Service Volunteer programme have completed a six-week residential course, which is aimed at providing life skills to unemployed people aged between 17 - 25 years.
Major Ian Lattimore said noticeable changes can be seen in most of the volunteers at the end of the programme.
