A 73-year-old man is being flown to hospital with moderate injuries after being trapped under a front-end loader in Upper Hutt.
Police say the man became trapped in the cab of the five-tonne vehicle when it rolled on a hillside on farmland in Tacoma Drive on Wednesday morning.
The fire service used hydraulic equipment to free the man.
