Kiwibank says it is still working to reimburse customers affected by a computer problem at the weekend.
It says when maintenance was being carried out on Sunday, up to 6000 Eftpos and credit card transactions failed, but customers were still charged for them.
The bank says it is taking longer than planned to reimburse customers, but it hopes that problem will be resolved before the end of the week.
