An appearance in court of three Hamilton people charged with giving alcohol to a nine-year-old boy three weeks ago has been delayed.
Two men, aged 20 and 27, and woman, 25, face charges of supplying alcohol to a minor.
They were arrested after video footage of the boy, who was so drunk he could hardly speak or stand, was posted on YouTube.
The boy was filmed at a skate park in the suburb of Fairfield holding a can of bourbon and coke in the film.
The three are now due to appear in Hamilton District Court on 14 February.
